Culture Architect

Hello there.

I’m Courtney Wright, a founder and culture architect who helps small businesses build teams where people stay.

While coaching often focuses on improving an individual leader, culture architecture centers the work on designing the systems, structures, and environments that shape an entire organization.

At the foundation of every strong culture are clearly defined values. But values alone are not enough. They must be reflected consistently in the way an organization operates: every policy, meeting, hiring decision, and workflow.

An architect creates structure with intention. In the same way, our work helps organizations align their values with their daily practices so culture becomes more than a statement it becomes visible, operational, and sustainable.

Combining Organizational Behavior Management concepts, real-world ownership experience, and a proven track record in hiring, onboarding, and retention, I help leaders turn values into practical people systems that strengthen culture and reduce turnover.

Let's build something worth staying for.

A minimalist workspace with a wooden desk, a closed gray laptop, a blue notebook with a pen, a glass of water, and decorative items including a large beige vase with dried flowers and a small round beige object. There is a white chair in front and a plain light-colored wall in the background, with shadows cast by the flowers and vases.
